The new storage facility with have two subterranean levels and three above ground. The ground level will include self-storage spaces, a parking grage, management office, and 3 retail spaces. The additional levels will be dedicated specifically to storage.

Included in the work will be the demolition of the exisiting building: a 2-story 6,301sqft banking facility that was built in 1959
