RDS Contracting is a Southern California based Corporation that specializes in all aspects of commercial construction. Our extensive resume includes development from single story, multi-story, below grade, drive-up ramps, conversions, executive office centers, tenant improvements, recreational vehicle covered storage and onsite stand alone kiosks. Robert has enjoyed over 23 stimulating and exciting years of commercial construction so far. His work has taken him all over California, and has exposed him to numerous types of projects and construction processes. Attention to detail and customer service are his main focus. Whether your needs are for one day, or a few years, you can count on him to deliver exactly what you desire.



Gary has 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Having managed dozens of projects from One day tenant improvement to profile Military and Government Projects, Mr. Bunday understands the needs of the business, and is willing to go any length to realize success while being on schedule and on-budget.


Director of Preconstruction & Business Development

Nick’s experience in the construction industry started in 2003 working as a superintendent, but over time found his calling in preconstruction and estimating. He excels in the ability to evaluate project scopes, evaluate subcontractor qualifications and quotes, researching market conditions to get a quality quote for our clients. His estimating experience extends over 10 years, contracting over $1 Billion in various market sectors including Commercial, Self-Storage, Multi-family, Hospitality, Assisted Senior Living, Military/Government, and Public Works projects including K-12 and Higher Education.


Senior Project Manager

Jim has been in the business for over 20 years – tenant improvements and ground up projects are his specialties. He’s worked throughout L.A., Orange County, San Diego, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. His work has required careful coordination of the requirements and needs of clients, architects, tenants, governing agencies, and subcontractors. 


Project Manager

John has been managing projects for the last 25 years in the San Diego and Arizona regions, working with some of the most successful Architects, Engineers, and Clients in the area of Commercial Construction, Military Base Contracts, Public Schools, Multi-Family Development, and Defense Systems Contracts ranging from $2-100 Million. His extensive background in the multiple sectors of construction allows him to collaborate with clients on value engineering design and implementing various ideas into a final product that provide quality to the owners’ needs.
