This project was the ground up construction 97,000 sqft, 3-Story facility with a 1-story drive and wood framed office attached. The project included 464 drilled displacement columns along with a 30,000 sqft, post tensioned waffle slab, and undergrounding of overhead lines to remove overhead power lines.
